To protect yourself against a potential pay discrimination action, maintain a complete pay history for each employee in your company. HRSource™ stores dated position, pay rate changes, and performance reviews for each employee in your company.  Unlike some HRIS programs which store only current pay information, HRSource™ allows you to retrace an employee's entire pay history with your company.

Using the built-in reports, you can run statistical analysis of past and current employee compensation rates to ensure fairness and spot any potential problems. You can also generate many of the compliance reports for EEOC, OSHA and other governmental agencies. 

Federal Contractors Update: VETS 100 Form
